The symbol of the Akamigas Palembang Polytechnic, consists of 4 (four) elements, namely:

  1. Fire
  2. Sea Horse
  3. Ampera Bridge
  4. Book with black trim held together by a black striped circle with a ribbon that says Akamigas Palembang Polytechnic below it

Description of Coat of Arms Color:

  1. Black border
  2. Two red seahorses.
  3. The Ampera Bridge is dark brown.
  4. A yellowish red gas flame.
  5. Yellow book with black trim.
  6. Blue background.
  7. White ribbon with the words POLYTECHNIC AKAMIGAS PALEMBANG in black.

 

Description of the Symbol:

  1. The fire with five yellow flames symbolizes life, illumination and a burning spirit to achieve success based on Pancasila.
  2. The red Seahorse means that Akamigas Palembang Polytechnic, in carrying out education, has the aim of developing the next generation who are reliable and professional in the field of Energy.
  3. The Ampera Bridge symbolizes the place where Akamigas Polytechnic Palembang was founded and illustrates the close relationship between the world of education and employment.
  4. The yellow book with black trim symbolizes the source of knowledge.
  5. The circle with a blue base color with a black stripe symbolizes a strong unity and synergistic work in achieving the goals of the Palembang Akamigas Polytechnic in preparing human resources in the field of environmentally friendly energy.
  6. The white ribbon that says Akamigas Palembang Polytechnic symbolizes the name of the institution and the hope of Akamigas Palembang Polytechnic to continue to excel.
